All machines under the VIU Managed Print Services contract should be reporting low toner alerts to the Ricoh monitoring system and receiving automatic toner shipments. Replacement toner cartridges will be shipped automatically to the department prior to toner outage when a toner cartridge is replaced.
To inquire about your automatic toner shipment:
- Send an email to supplies@ricoh.ca
- Provide the Ricoh ID number and device model
- Provide your location and contact information
In the event of special toner requirements that are outside the normal process, such as large print jobs or seasonal printing, contact supplies@ricoh.ca to request an advance shipment.
