To be eligible to compete in varsity sports, VIU Mariners student-athletes must be in good academic standing. This academic progress form is designed to help identify student-athletes who may benefit from additional support. We ask that instructors complete this form after reaching out to connect with and discuss academic progress concerns directly with the student. Information collected through this form will allow us to follow up with student-athletes and implement strategies to support their success both in the classroom and in their respective fields of play.
