Co-Curricular Record

What is the Co-Curricular Record?

Vancouver Island University is committed to student success and learning through experience. The Co-Curricular Record (CCR) encourages you to experience more holistic academic and career development by building upon your accumulating skills and experiences. CCR aims to give you a practical experience to learn, which will in turn build and recognize your employability skills.

Your CCR is your non-academic transcript. The CCR recognizes both paid and volunteer experiences. Submit your CCR reflection in a matter of minutes and get credit for your campus experiences. You can access your CCR through VIU’s Co-Curricular Involvement App.

Please note: The Co-Curricular Record is currently being transitioned to a new platform, and will be available in the Fall 2024 semester. If you need your transcript earlier than this date, please send an email to CCR@viu.ca and allow 5 business days for the request to be processed. (Updated January 17, 2024)
