What is the Co-Curricular Record?

Your CCR is a formal non-academic transcript that recognizes both paid and volunteer experiences on campus. 

Vancouver Island University is dedicated to helping students succeed through hands-on learning. The Co-Curricular Record (CCR) encourages you to grow both academically and professionally by tracking and building on the skills and experiences you've gained.

For students

How do I use my CCR transcript?

By completing your CCR reflections, you can receive an formal record of your non-academic engagement at VIU. You can use your CCR transcript to:

  • Support applications: Attach it to scholarship, internship, or graduate school applications.
