Exhibitor information
- regular exhibitor registration (for-profit organizations): $400
- registered charity or not-for-profit exhibitor registration: $200
- additional fees:
- booth power add-on: $50
- complimentary lunch and refreshments for two representatives
- six-foot table with two chairs and table cloth (if needed)
- space for stand-up banner and other promotional materials
- access to VIU's secure wifi
- free on campus parking
- direct engagement with VIU's top student talent
There are additional fees for more than two representatives
11 am to 12 pm: Booth set-up and refreshments available
12 to 1 pm: Faculty/staff and employer networking over lunch
1 to 5 pm: Career fair
5 to 5:30 pm: Event take down
