The Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) employer toolkit was made to help employers hire, train, and support students completing a WIL experience at their businesses.
The toolkit includes fillable PDF forms that can help with planning and running hands-on learning experiences. These forms cover everything from creating the job to weekly check-ins and final interviews with students. Instead of being long and hard to read, the toolkit uses short worksheets and info sheets that are easy to understand, download, and share.
This toolkit is not meant to create extra work. It simply offers helpful tools employers can use while guiding students through their learning experience.
