The student in this position assisted the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, working directly with the Recruitment, Retention, and Events Coordinator (RREC) to develop promotional materials including web pages, videos, social media, and other initiatives.

Position Requirement

This student position assists the Faculty of Arts & Humanities, working directly with the Recruitment, Retention, and Events Coordinator (RREC) and the Office of Enrollment Management to develop promotional materials including web pages, videos, social media, and other initiatives.

Duties include recruitment and retention events assistance (RockVIU, Open House, Discovery Days), enhancing the social-media profile of Arts & Humanities (Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, etc.), creation of print materials for Arts & Humanities Events, meeting regularly with the Dean of Arts and Humanities to provide updates on projects and activities, assisting Arts & Humanities departments in developing experiential opportunities, supporting liaison activities with high schools, and building an archival system, an ongoing repository of activities and initiatives.
