Position Overview
This student position is responsible for running and maintaining the Lobby space of VIU's Malaspina Theatre building.
Position duties include Assisting with all Front of House (FOH) operations of the theatre facility, answering the Box Office phone, updating the outgoing message, retrieving and responding to phone messages, keeping the sandwich boards updated with current information, keeping the lobby and theatre seating area clean and ready for the public, assisting with setup in the theatre and/or lobby for events as needed, and maintaining notice boards and keeping information about upcoming events current.
