Contributed to the development and implementation of fun, out of the ordinary, and high-impact activities for VIU students and alumni. Engaged and connected students across different faculties and significantly enhanced their involvement and VIU experience on and off campus
Position Requirements
The Fun@VIU Committee is a program of the Office of Co-Curricular Engagement and Learning that is student-driven, Faculty and Staff supported. The purpose of the Fun@VIU Committee is to build opportunities for student engagement in the community. Fun@VIU programs initiatives around experiential leadership development through building upon the Vancouver Island University (VIU) Graduate Attributes.
Fun@VIU Executive Team Members are those who attend weekly meetings, volunteer at Fun@VIU flagship or supported events, and work together to plan and implement Fun@VIU projects. Positions include: Media Director, Secretary, Volunteer Coordinator, Graphic Design/Promotion and Event and Project Coordinator.
