Description
The Governance Assistant will support VIU's governance and recognition processes in the areas of policy, convocation, records management and general office duties.
Position Requirements
The Governance Assistant will:
- Be responsible for updates to the policy and procedures index
- Take part in convocation and honorary guest planning and preparation
- Provide support to VIU's governance processes
- Assist the University Secretariat with records management and general office duties
