Description
The sole administrative control over the BSA, handles membership, emails, meeting minutes, follow ups, and manages Innovation Council.
Position Requirements
As the sole administrative control, the VP Internal is responsible for maintaining up to date membership lists, sending event updates via email, as well as recording, producing, and distributing minutes. In addition, VP Internal is responsible for recruiting the Innovation Council, creating meeting agendas and facilitating the monthly meetings. Lastly, included in the position is communicating and assigning tasks to the Administrative Director that are in line with the societal strategy, including member attendance, CCR record keeping and developing new policy and procedures for the association.
Estimated time commitment 4 hours/ week.
Sign-up Directions
Members of the Executive Council are voted in via by BSA members. An Election Council determines the date of elections, which are typically held in January or February.
