A Peer Access Coach assists new students with their transition to university. The coaching model will consist of supporting diverse learners to define their campus goals, brainstorm possibilities, develop an action plan and follow-up.

Position Overview

A returning student will provide one-to-one peer coaching support to new students.  The coaching will consist of two 30 minute coaching sessions per week, on-campus using a collaborative coaching model.  The model will consist of supporting the students to define their campus goals, brainstorm possibilities, develop an action plan and follow-up.  Participation includes weekly debrief/training meetings and mandatory training.
