As you are aware, your students have an opportunity to be recognized for their Co-Curricular efforts in the amazing opportunities you provide for them. The last step to guarantee their recognition for being in your program is validating their experience!
Follow the steps below to complete a short validation of your student's Co-Curricular experiences.
Step 1:

Access Validation Email
You should have received an email with the validation sheet for your student experiences completed the prior semester. The email should appear similar to the screenshot above. If you have not received an email please reach out to us at ccr@viu.ca and we will get you access to your sheet as soon as possible.
Step 2:

Approve Student Positions
The spreadsheet attached will have a list of all student positions completed in the prior semester. Please use the dropdown field on the left-hand side to determine if the student's position was successfully fulfilled. You may view the details that the student filled in such as the selected graduate attributes, and the student's reflection on the right-hand side of the sheet.
- Make sure you have the right semester selected on the tabs below. Example F20 would be the Fall 2020 semester.
