Dinner
Enjoy a new three-week rotating dinner menu each semester, featuring international flavours and vegetarian options. Join us for dinner weekdays (excluding holidays) from 4 to 7 pm in the building 300 cafeteria.
Monday: Chicken parmesan or breaded eggplant parmesan, roasted potato, seasonal vegetables, garden salad
Tuesday: Pork schnitzel with mushroom sauce, mashed potato, seasonal vegetables, or crispy tofu pad thai
Wednesday: Chicken pot pie or vegetarian pot pie, garlic bread, garden salad
Thursday: Roast pork loin or tofu banh mi sandwich, twice baked potato, seasonal vegetables, caesar salad
Friday: Fish and chips or ratatouille wellington, fries or rice, seasonal vegetables, coleslaw, tartar sauce, lemon
Monday: Beef lasagna or vegetarian lasagna, garlic bread, caesar salad
Tuesday: Beef stew or lentil stew, dinner roll, seasonal vegetables, salad
