The VIU Mariners Dance Team Coach was a senior member of the dance team who demonstrated strong commitment and leadership within their years on the team. They developed choreography, oversaw and coordinated tryouts, managed booking, ensured member adhesion to the code of conduct, and organized practices.
Position Overview
This student will lead the VIU Mariners Dance Team in various capacities. Duties of this role include developing choreography, overseeing and coordinating tryouts, managing booking, ensuring member adhesion to the code of conduct, and organizing practices.
This role is filled by senior members of the dance team who have demonstrated strong commitment and leadership within their years on the team.
