Students who have no other financial support to pay their tuition may be eligible for a deferral for their student loan to pay their tuition directly to Vancouver Island University.
Approval for the tuition deduction payment will be at the discretion of the Financial Aid and Awards office.
Eligibility criteria:
- Currently enrolled students (9 credits or 6 credits for students with documented disability)
- Student loan must be approved, notice of assessment issued, and disbursement dates listed
- Tuition deposit and all additional fees must be paid
Applications are reviewed and assessed weekly. Additional questions may be asked to confirm your eligibility.
