The Post-Care Emergency Bursary is established for students approved under the BC Provincial or VIU Tuition Waiver Program.
Eligibility criteria
- Currently enrolled students
- Attending classes; instructors may be contacted for progress and interim grades
- Reserved for students successfully progressing through their program with a 2.0 GPA or higher
This VIU emergency bursary value is dependent on availability of funds. Funding is not guaranteed and subject to approval.
Approved funds are allocated as determined at time of approval and for the period indicated on this application only.
Applications are reviewed and assessed weekly. The VIU Financial Aid Access Specialist will connect with student for enquiries related to this funding request. Additional questions may be asked to confirm your eligibility.
