Dinner

Enjoy a new three-week rotating dinner menu each semester, featuring international flavours and vegetarian options. Join us for dinner weekdays (excluding holidays) from 4 to 7 pm in the building 300 cafeteria.

Monday: Braised chicken cacciatore or breaded eggplant steaks steamed basmati rice, seasonal vegetables, house salad

Tuesday: Beef shepherd’s pie or cauliflower & chickpea curry honey glazed carrots, caesar salad, garlic toast, buttered yellow potatoes, house salad

Wednesday: Chicken souvlaki or spaghetti squash stuffed crispy phyllo roasted rosemary lemon potatoes, seasonal vegetables, greek salad

Thursday: Ginger soy marinated cod or ginger soy tofu steamed basmati rice, seasonal vegetables, teriyaki sauce, house salad

Friday: Roast beef or lentil stew yorkshire pudding, mashed potato, seasonal vegetables, au jus, house salad

Monday: Chicken pot pie or stuffed butternut squash steamed basmati rice, seasonal vegetables, house salad, couscous, seasonal vegetables

Tuesday: Roasted chicken leg or roasted cauliflower mac ‘n’ cheese seasonal vegetables, house salad

Thursday: Spicy chicken & spaghetti squash ramen noodles mixed vegetables, house garden salad

Friday: Chicken parmesan or vegetarian lasagna oven roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, caesar salad, garlic toast

Monday: Beef lasagna bolognese or vegetarian lasagna caesar salad, arugula, garlic toast

Tuesday: Beef stew or stuffed butternut squash buttered egg noodles, buttered broccoli, house salad, dinner roll, couscous, seasonal vegetables

Wednesday: Dry rubbed bbq pork ribs or crisp phyllo vegetable ratatouille wellington baked potatoes, seasonal vegetables, house salad

Thursday: Roast carved lamb or stuffed bell peppers & cumin scented rice lemon rosemary roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, pan jus

Friday: Beef & broccoli or tofu vegetable stir fry black bean sauce, steamed basmati rice, house salad
