Overview
As a Tandem Challenge Participant in the Fun@VIU program, individuals are expected to engage in a series of team-based activities that require effective communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking. Participants work closely with fellow students to plan and execute various events, which are designed to promote a sense of community and friendly competition within the Vancouver Island University campus. The role demands a high level of enthusiasm and sportsmanship, as well as a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment for all involved. Participants are also responsible for helping to coordinate the logistics of the challenge, ensuring that events run smoothly and participants have a memorable experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership and organizational skills while also having fun and connecting with the university community.
