VIU Athletics and Recreation supports the use of the VIU Gymnasium by non-profit, community and commercial groups provided it does not impact the delivery of Academic, Varsity and Department programs.
All requests to book the VIU Gym are handled through the Athletics and Recreation Department.
Please complete and submit the application form below if you’re interested in renting the space and a member of the team will reach out to you. A rental is only confirmed once a rental contract has been provided upon approval.

When making a request, the renter must include sufficient time in their booked block for set up and take down
