The Administrative Director was responsible for increasing internal processes for membership and assisting the VP with Human Resource policy and procedures implementation.

Position Overview

The Business Students’ Association at Vancouver Island University is dedicated to providing business students with opportunities and experiences outside of the classroom in order to develop a network of professional, passionate, and community-focused leaders who are not afraid to continually incorporate the art of fun.

The Administrative Director is the overall coordinator of membership and supporter of the VP of Internal. The Administrative Director is responsible for increasing internal processes for membership. In addition, responsibilities include creating an effective membership tracking system including membership fees and implementing CCR for all members. Lastly, responsibilities include supporting VP of Internal with additional administrative tasks including implementing new policy and procedures to align with the societal strategy and other tasks to increase organization within the BSA.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum time commitment for this position is three hours a week
