Position Overview

As a Marketing Coordinator for the Vancouver Island Leadership Conference, the individual is responsible for managing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the conference effectively. This includes ensuring brand consistency across various platforms and materials, as well as working closely with the Social Media team to create engaging content and campaigns that will drive awareness and attendance for the event. The Marketing Coordinator must have a keen understanding of marketing principles, be adept at coordinating with different teams, and possess strong communication skills to ensure that all promotional activities are aligned with the conference's goals. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines to ensure the success of the conference's marketing efforts.

Position Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution,
