Position Overview

The Student Community Snapshots Facilitator for the CCR App is responsible for organizing and managing monthly campaigns that aim to engage students and promote their well-being. This role involves creating initiatives within the app that encourage students to participate in activities that foster a sense of community and connection, even in a virtual setting. The facilitator is expected to be creative and proactive in designing campaigns that resonate with the student body, as well as adept at using digital tools to execute these campaigns effectively. They must also monitor engagement levels and gather feedback to continuously improve the initiatives. The facilitator plays a key role in enhancing the virtual campus experience, ensuring that students feel supported and connected to their peers and the wider university community.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing social media campaigns or similar projects
  • Proficiency in using mobile applications and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of community building strategies and student engagement techniques
  • Familiarity with virtual event planning and execution
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to analyze engagement data and provide insights
  • Training in mental health awareness and promoting wellness
  • Creative thinking for developing engaging content
  • Organizational skills for managing campaigns and deadlines
  • Basic graphic design skills for creating visual content
