As a VIU Games Participant under the Fun@VIU initiative, individuals are expected to actively engage in a variety of competitive events that are designed to foster a sense of community and camaraderie among participants. The role requires participants to demonstrate strong teamwork abilities, as they will need to work closely with others to achieve common goals. Strategic thinking is also crucial, as participants must devise and implement tactics to outperform competitors. A commitment to fair play is essential, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Through these events, participants have the opportunity to enhance their collaboration and problem-solving skills, which are valuable in both personal and professional settings.
