Project Leader - Co-Curricular Record


This student position involves setting a standard operating process (SOP) to record, evaluate and approve the various Co-Curricular Record (CCR) activities.  The position also involves tracking and analyzing the data of activities. and inferring findings for betterment of the CCR department.

Position Requirements

  1. Review the existing standard operating procedure (SOP) to record, evaluate and approve the various co-curricular record activities.
  2. Initiate new/modify the SOP to improve:
    • Effectiveness in tracking data
    • Evaluation methodology
    • Ease of the approval process
  3. Maintain the data of CCR activities that includes students, faculty and department information.
  4. Generate various CCR related reports.  Analyze & infer the findings, the present it to Department Head/Dean.
  5. Conduct continuous research on relevance of CCR department and its value addition to VIU.
