Position Overview

The Project Lead for the Co-Curricular Record (CCR) is responsible for spearheading initiatives related to the CCR program, which documents students' extracurricular involvement and achievements. This role involves creating and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and ensure consistency in how activities are recorded and evaluated. The Project Leader is expected to conduct thorough evaluations of co-curricular activities to determine their impact and relevance to students' personal and professional development. Additionally, they must analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform strategies to improve departmental efficiency and increase student participation in co-curricular programs. The position requires strong leadership qualities, as the Project Leader will guide and oversee the work of team members involved in the CCR program. They must also possess excellent analytical skills to effectively assess program performance and make data-driven decisions. The role is pivotal in enhancing the overall quality of the CCR and ensuring it remains a valuable resource for students' growth and engagement.

Position Requirements

  • Experience in leading and managing projects,
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting,
  • Knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOP) development and evaluation,
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze the relevance and impact of co-curricular programs,
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of CCR activities,
  • Competence in software tools for data management and analysis (e.g., Excel, Access, SPSS),
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to Department Heads or Deans,
  • Experience in improving processes for effectiveness and efficiency,
  • Skills in evaluating educational or co-curricular activities,
  • Understanding of the co-curricular record system and its significance in higher education.
