Stretch and Breathe Yoga

Time: Tuesdays at 2pm, April 21 to May 5

Location: via Zoom 

This form of yoga is for clearing and refreshing the mind and body, and is a half hour in duration. Some of the postures will be on a chair and others will be standing, lying down, sitting, or kneeling on the floor.

Please ensure that you have a sturdy chair.

The emphasis is on stretching and breathing, which helps to release tension and clear the cobwebs. With regular practice, Yoga may improve posture, spinal health, flexibility, tone and fitness; manage and relieve stress and tension; create more peace and wellbeing in your life; and help develop greater self-awareness and love of your body.
