Hello :) My name is Stephanie Altenhof. I am completing my third year in Psychology at VIU. This semester is my first as a PSL leader and I'm really looking forward to connecting with the students and supporting them through this semester. I volunteer with the Vancouver Island Crisis Line and RainCoast Conservation Foundation. In my spare time I like to hangout with friends, snowboard, hike, play music, travel, play video games, and I listen to an outrageous amount of podcasts.
