I am going into my third year at VIU in the Kinesiology Program. I intend to complete the Addictions Study Certificate during my time at VIU as well. I have chosen these areas of study because I am curious and passionate about how intentional, safe body movement can facilitate mental and physical well being. I am a PSL leader because I enjoy the way group learning and discussion can help us better understand new ideas and concepts. Looking forward to reviewing anatomy and physiology with my KIN peers!
